Utilizing Plaid is simple! Just log in to your R1 online banking via the website or the mobile app as usual, then tap the “Link External Accounts” button.

Pay anyone in the United States that you would normally pay by check, automatic debit, or cash. Just provide some information about the company or person you want to pay.
We send your payment electronically when possible. If the person or company cannot accept electronic payments, we will print a check and mail it for you.
